Perfect cards was founded in 1995. After great success in Poland, the company is expanding to Europe. We are low cost, large volume plastic cards manufacturer in Poland. From the very beginning we have used Heidelberg machines – this guarantees printing of the highest quality. At that time our service included all kinds of offset printing on carton (cardboard, paperboard etc.) and paper for publicity agencies and direct customers.

Today we successfully offer printing services in the widest range. In 2001 we initiated the technology of printing on non-absorptive materials and we proceeded to apply it in the production of plastic cards. Now our company is one of the leading producers of plastic cards in Poland. We usually work with orders from 10 000 to 2 000 000 cards.

To ensure maximum efficiency and productivity all production processes, from prepress up to personalization are concentrated in one place. Thanks to locating our office at the same place as production our customers and partners have constant access to current information concerning completion of their orders and can get answers to all their questions very quickly.

PROCESS

Prepress is one of the most important stages of the production cycle. Each project delivered by a customer or made in our graphic studio is checked very carefully at every stage of production before commencing. This is the first step to a successful completion of the order.

In the process of printing we use electronic control to layer each colour to match the colouristic model accepted by the customer as much as possible. In printing cards we can also use metallic paints, for example gold, silver, platinum, fluorescent paints and paints visible only under UV light. In the process of laminating and punching we use machines especially designed for the production of plastic cards. This guarantees compatibility of the produced cards with ISO standards.

Personalization

In the process of personalization we give cards individual features. We can add to them: serial number; full name; expiry date – all using flat printing or relief printing – also a colour picture of the owner, bar code, etc.

Mailing

We also offer production and personalization of envelopes; flyers; letters etc; which can have a plastic card attached. These can be packed and mailed according to ones chosen delivery address using our database.

For our customers and partners interested in independent printing on plastic cards and personalization we propose EVOLIS thermal printers for plastic cards. Using them according to the chosen version it is possible to make:

CMYK and monochrome printing
dual-sided printing in one single operation
encoding magnetic stripe
programming of chip cards

Other products

We also offer many non-conventional products made of plastic. There are cards of a non-typical shape with the option to snap off part of them; rulers with advertising overprint; visiting-cards; labels on self stick foil (white or transparent); mouse pads – all made in offset printing in a full range of colours on materials of different thickness adapted for our customers. Minimum order is 200 pieces, production time is 7 days and prices start from 0.05 EUR per card.
